Jill R. Duoto Director Jill holds an M.A. in Education and a B.A. in Political Science from U.C. Berkeley. She has California teaching credentials in English, History and Social Science. Jill has worked in education for seventeen years as a teacher, curriculum director and administrator. She currently oversees all of the programs at High Bluff Academy.
