English educator who is passionate about helping students find their voice through literature, writing, and meaningful discussion. She earned her B.A. in Literature and Writing from California State University San Marcos and holds a California Single Subject Teaching Credential in English.
Ms. Beck has experience teaching Honors English, college-preparatory writing, ELD, and AVID students. She is committed to creating a supportive classroom where students feel challenged, valued, and empowered to grow as readers, writers, and critical thinkers.
Outside the classroom, Ms. Beck can often be found curled up with a great book, enjoying a friendly soccer match, creating colorful crochet projects, or spending quality time with her pets. She loves exploring new stories and hobbies, and brings that same curiosity, creativity, and enthusiasm into her classroom.
